Today we went fishing - within minutes of arriving John had caught a pollack (Lyre)! This amazed the kids who were used to having to sit around a long time when fishing in the UK. They were also very pleased that we were able to keep the fish to eat later - making the trip seem that little bit more worthwhile.
It's a wet day once again but with the weather and lighting changing frequently and the beautiful scenery surrounding us it was a pleasure to be outdoors. After all there is no such thing as bad weather - only "the wrong clothes". We had come prepared with waterproofs and wellies.
